Altos Research is hiring another Success Coach to add to our team. We're a real estate technology company based in Silicon Valley that provides real estate market reports, internet marketing tools, and data services to the residential real estate industry. Our clients include real estate agents, brokers, mortgage lenders, title companies, and investors.

We call this role "Success Coach". The "Success" part is clear - our Realtor clients come to us so they can grow their real estate businesses. They come to us for success; all you have to do is show them how. The "Coach" part is important too because you'll teach, train, guide, and help our customers.

This role is mostly about technical training. Though it's not super technical. You need to understand website formatting, Wordpress, Facebook, and a little Excel. Mostly on the phone and over the web, you'll create training materials, host webinars, write specs, maybe record videos.

You know how people can hear you smiling on the telephone? We want people who get that concept.

Maybe you've been a real estate agent and are looking for something new. Maybe you've worked in the marketing department of a brokerage and have experience training agents in the past. Maybe you're not from the real estate business, but have top notch expertise delivering coaching and training directly to technology product customers. Maybe it's none of these but you know you can contribute quickly to our company's growth.

Some Quasi-Legal Details

• Compensation includes base salary, bonus, and health care benefits, and will be based on experience and qualifications. Compensation will depend on your experience.
• Some occasional travel to conferences, seminars, and larger accounts – usually not more than a 5 days per quarter.
• This is a full-time, exempt position based in our Mountain View offices.
