The Altos Research real estate statistical system is organized into four (4) dimensions for actionable analysis: Geographic Scope, Price Range Quartile, Rolling Average, and Property Type.

Statistics are calculated with each dimension in combination with all other dimensions (For example: Days on Market for the top price quartile of single family homes in Los Altos, CA 94024 over a 90-day rolling average).
